• No refunds/exchange of items.
  
  
• I will not be responsible for loss/damage of items during postage. Postage will be charged accordingly.
  
  
• For postage, payment has to me made to our posb account first.
  
  
• Reply my mail within two days or I will treat it as you are not interested.
  
  
• Once order form has been sent to me or confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.
  
  
• I shall not be held responsible if items are lost during the process of postage.
  
  
• I have the rights to amend any of these Terms and Conditions without Prior Notice.



ALL designs except coasters comes with either handphone strap/key chains/necklace (except for small items, it only comes with either handphone strap/key chains)
